Servicedly is a trading name of Stripout London Ltd. These Terms apply to all purchases and use of the Servicedly subscription.

1. Who we are

Servicedly is operated by Stripout London Ltd (Company No. 13654607), Registered Office: 30 Great North Road, Brookmans Park, Hatfield, Herts, AL9 6NF. VAT Registration No: 430 6273 21.

Important: Any contract for the Servicedly subscription is formed with Stripout London Ltd (not with “Servicedly” as a separate company).

2. The service

Servicedly is a monthly visibility structure and trust oversight subscription for UK emergency trade businesses. We focus on clarity, consistency, reinforcement and ongoing adaptation across the information that search engines and AI platforms rely on.

Servicedly is not an SEO campaign service, not a lead generation service, and not an advertising platform. We do not promise rankings, traffic, enquiries, leads, or revenue outcomes.

3. Subscription, pricing and billing

Taxes are calculated by Stripe Tax. If you provide a valid VAT number, VAT treatment is handled by Stripe in line with applicable rules.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information and for reviewing and approving any materials or changes we supply for your use. Where access to third‑party platforms is required (for example Google Business Profile), you remain responsible for maintaining your accounts and permissions.

5. Delivery approach

Servicedly is designed to be calm, repeatable infrastructure. Work is delivered through structured updates and reinforcement rather than high‑touch consulting. We may refine priorities over time as platforms change, while staying within the subscription scope.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Servicedly materials to mislead customers or platforms, or to make false claims about licensing, insurance, qualifications, locations, or reviews.

7. Third‑party services

Servicedly may involve recommendations or structured information intended for use across third‑party platforms. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their availability, changes, policies, or how they display information.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.

9. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time via Stripe customer portal (where available) or by contacting support@servicedly.com. We may suspend access for non‑payment or material breach. We may terminate the service on reasonable notice if required for operational or legal reasons.

10. Changes to the service or Terms

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time to reflect operational improvements, legal requirements, or platform changes. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a new effective date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
