1. About Servicedly
Servicedly provides ongoing visibility and trust oversight services for urgent local service businesses.
2. Subscription
- The service is billed monthly at the price displayed at checkout.
- You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
3. What we do (and don’t do)
We do: provide ongoing improvements to service clarity, emergency coverage, and trust signals, plus a monthly update.
We don’t: guarantee rankings, leads, or results; provide legal advice; or run paid advertising unless explicitly agreed in writing.
4. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and updates (service area, hours, services, contact details).
- Grant access only if you choose to (we can operate via copy/paste instructions if you prefer).
- Use our recommendations responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
5. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise, you retain ownership of your business assets. We grant you a licence to use deliverables we provide for your business use.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, revenue or goodwill). Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months.
7. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, misuse, or unlawful activity.
